2. What data we handle

If you write to us: your name, email, the name of your workshop or brand and whatever you tell us in your message.

When you visit: the hosting provider logs technical data (IP address, browser, requested page) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We may use aggregated visit statistics that use no cookies and identify no one.

This website uses no cookies and no forms, and collects no payment data.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Replying to your message and exploring a possible collaboration: pre-contractual steps at your request and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Managing our relationship with partner workshops and brands: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Keeping the site secure and knowing how many visits it gets: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. It is processed on our behalf by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and email provider (Google Workspace, by Google Cloud EMEA Ltd.), and shared with authorities where the law requires. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Messages that lead to no collaboration: up to 2 years.
Data of partner workshops and brands: for as long as we work together, then for the period required by Spanish commercial and tax law.
Hosting technical logs: the short period set by the provider.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing, by writing to hola@rb-commerce.online. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. The group's shops

Each shop has its own privacy policy. If you buy from RB Home, the policy published in that shop applies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it was last reviewed. The Spanish version prevails.
